What Threshold can and cannot tell you
Threshold is distributed by you. You choose who receives the code, and we have no way to verify that the people who respond represent the whole organisation. That means we cannot assure statistical significance, and we will not claim it.
What it does give you is a fast, cost-effective read for a team, a unit, a leadership group or a board, using the same instrument and the same scoring engine. Plenty of organisations start there deliberately, and you can use it stand alone to do quick checks of change progress.
When you need a picture that is genuinely representative of the whole organisation, that is where the deep diagnostic tiers come in. Same methodology, deeper engagement, statistically representative, and a result you can put in front of a board without a caveat. Threshold gives you a sample and a low-risk trial cost, which credits toward Fathom, Bedrock or Keel for 12 months.
When a strategic decision needs more than a snapshot, Clairsyn brings together diagnostic evidence, stakeholder perspectives and practical investigation. These are focused discovery engagements at a moment in time. Transformation and embedding support are separate, and only scoped if you decide to act on the findings.

The displayed amount is a starting fee. The final fee is confirmed after the population, sample design, reporting cuts, locations, interviews, journey reviews and timing are agreed.
Travel, accommodation, venue, catering, printing and specialist third-party costs are excluded.
One consolidated factual correction round is included. Additional analysis or rework is quoted separately.

Measuring change
Find out whether anything actually moved.
Most organisations never check. A programme finishes, the reporting closes, and nobody asks whether the thing people experience day to day is any different from before.
If Clairsyn delivers the transformation that follows Fathom, Bedrock or Keel, re-assessment after embedment is part of it. We repeat the full diagnostic and present the findings, so you can see what shifted, what did not, and where perception moved ahead of or behind reality.
You can also run it on its own: after an uplift you delivered yourselves, after a restructure or a system change, or simply once a year as a standing measure of organisational readiness.

Is it really anonymous?
Yes. Responses are recorded against a group, never a person, and no individual response is ever shown to anyone, including you. Groups with too few responses to protect anonymity are reported in aggregate only.
What if the results are unflattering?
Then they're useful. The report is yours; we don't publish it, share it, or hold it hostage. Most organisations find at least one gap they genuinely didn't know about, and that's the point.
Do we have to buy anything else afterwards?
No. The diagnostic stands on its own and plenty of organisations stop there. If you do want to go further, the cost of the snapshot credits toward Fathom, Bedrock or Keel within 12 months.
How many people do we need?
Enough in each of the three groups for the comparison to mean something, usually 3 or more per group. Small organisations run it successfully with a dozen people in total.
Who sees the report?
Whoever you decide. It's usually commissioned by a board or a CEO, and many organisations choose to share it with everyone who participated. We'd encourage that, but it's your call.
How is this different from an engagement survey?
An engagement survey measures how people feel. This measures whether governance, leadership and employees are describing the same organisation, and shows you precisely where they aren't.
